GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) - AIR EVENT
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") apply to all air charter brokerage services offered by Air Event SASU, with a share capital of 100.00 euros, registered under the number [SIRET Number], with its registered office located at 58 Rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris Cedex CS 48756, France.

Air Event acts as an air charter broker and serves exclusively as an intermediary between the client and aircraft operators or with partner brokers. This document defines the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of providing air charter services. There is no transport contract between Air Event and the charterers and/or passengers. Air Event is not a party to the transport contracts concluded between the charterers and the operators and disclaims any responsibility in this regard. Air Event does not operate, maintain, own, or lease aircraft, is not a contractual, effective, direct, or indirect carrier, and does not provide air transport services.

2. Purpose
These GTCS aim to define the terms under which Air Event connects its clients with aircraft operators or partner brokers for private flight arrangements.

3. Reservation and Ordering Process
3.1. Request for Quote: Any flight request must be made by the client via email or phone. Air Event will provide a detailed proposal including the price, itinerary, type of aircraft, and specific conditions.

3.2. Booking Confirmation: The reservation becomes final upon receipt of payment according to the conditions specified in the quote and subject to the availability of the aircraft.

3.3. Travel Documents: The client is responsible for ensuring the validity of the travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) for all passengers.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. Price: Prices are quoted in euros and are calculated based on the availability of aircraft operators. They include the chartering fees and the services specified in the quote.

4.2. Payment: Payment must be made via bank transfer before the flight date: the deposit and balance dates will be explicitly stated in the quote and contract. The charter will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

4.3. Additional Costs: Certain costs may be added to the initial price, including special catering, Wi-Fi, de-icing, and any other additional services requested by the client.

5. Cancellation and Modification Conditions
5.1. Cancellation by the Client: In the event of cancellation, fees will be applied and specified in the contract provided to the client.

5.2. Flight Modification: Any modification requested by the client after the booking confirmation may incur additional costs and will be subject to the availability of the operators.

6. Responsibilities
6.1. Responsibility of Air Event: Air Event acts only as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes made by the aircraft operator.

6.2. Responsibility of the Client: The client is responsible for compliance with customs, security, and health requirements for the passengers. The charterer and passengers must comply with applicable regulations, airport security requirements, and the specific rules of the operator. Air Event will not be held liable for any boarding refusal due to non-compliance with legal requirements (invalid travel documents, flight ban, etc.).
The service is strictly reserved for legitimate air charter requests. Any fraudulent or fictitious reservation will lead to legal action.

7. Insurance
All flights chartered through Air Event are operated by companies holding an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) and insurance in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Force Majeure
Air Event cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, armed conflicts, government restrictions, etc.).

9. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with Air Event's Privacy Policy. This data is used solely for managing requests and will not be shared with third parties without authorization.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and if an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the courts in Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
